Warehouse Team Leader

Martin (29) works for Wincanton Logistics. He heads a team that assemble and load stock leaving the warehouse for distribution to major stores including Comet and Focus. His responsibilities include management of all the paperwork, the safety of his team, correct and secure loading.  Martin started as an agency-supplied warehouse operative and then gained a permanent position.  He is working towards being a first line manager.   M117
