Leanne (aged 22) works in the housing department at Dudley Metropolitan Council. They have thousands of properties to let and when any become available she identifies suitable tenants. This involves talking to potential tenants on the telephone, short-listing people for accommodation and taking them to view the properties. She describes the stresses of dealing with people who are experiencing tough times and the satisfaction she feels when she is able to re-house them.
