Radio Station Manager

Paul (28) always wanted to be a radio presenter. While at school he worked for hospital radio, then he did a media degree and now manages seven radio stations. He still gets up early to do the breakfast show but most of his time is spent on running the programming for all the stations, and managing the group. He needs good Maths and ICT and strong communication and business skills. He talks about the responsibilities of running the business and other jobs in the industry.  M049
