Challenging Gender Stereotyping

May 1st It’s not just muscle and maths – In response to a report from Ofsted, and Brian Lightman’s comment ‘Schools need to develop more opportunities for young women to meet professionals working in non-stereotypical roles …’ Careers4u.tv has produced a DVD showcasing eight females and two males who work successfully in roles that would once have been the reserve of the opposite sex. We’re improving the registration system

22nd March It seems we have at last found the solution to our rather rickety site registration system. The new system provided by s2 has passed all the initial tests and will be installed shortly.

National Career Guidance Show

9th March www.Careers4u.tv is launched. Huge thanks to all of you who have given support and enthusiasm.  It has been worth it.  We have had a great response and received some interesting ideas – some of which we we are now working on.  Watch this space!
