Muhammad (26) talks to us about his early days as a graduate trainee at Tata Steel and how he spent time in many different areas of the company and most enjoyed his experiences within the ironworks. He now manages the refurbishment of vital industrial equipment used within the plant. Much of Muhammad’s work is office based but he enjoys the opportunity to be ‘hands on’.
