Gilo (29), founder of Parajet UK, began researching and designing aircraft while still at school. He left at 17 years, and borrowed money for a trip to Japan where he made a deal for design rights for a recreational aircraft. He talks about the challenges of launching a company as a teenager with no capital or track record, and he compares his experience of large organisations to his own 12-man business. His passion remains with Research & Development and he explains how he would like to be able to focus more on this. He currently designs and builds aircraft ranging from personal Sky Cars to drones for the British Ministry of Defence. M133
