Human Resources Manager (Retail)

Kirsty (25) started working at Tesco while she was at school as a part-time sales assistant.  She now has an administration role in the HR department.  She recruits people to work in the store and works closely with department managers to ensure staff are working satisfactorily and that training opportunities are given to individuals who show promise and to those that need specific training to boost their skills.   M039
