James (27) trained as an agricultural engineer and then joined Aggregate where he works in the team that takes care of the mobile plant (vehicles) at the quarry.   Most of the time he works indoors though sometimes serious breakdowns have to be fixed out in the quarry.  He looks forward to working up to being a foreman or manager.
