Jake (28) started work at Virgin Media call centre as a Customer Service Advisor (CSA). He is now a senior author compiling Knowledge – the web-based resource developed to help call centre advisors deal with customers’ enquiries. Strong ICT skills and good communication skills are vital to his job. He enjoys the lively atmosphere in the open plan offices and the opportunities he is given to train and gain promotion. M019
