Camilla (21) works long hours as a pastry chef for Searcys. Previously she trained with celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay. She has always loved cooking and enjoys the atmosphere in professional kitchens although it can be pressurised and male-dominated.  Maths skills and artistic flair are important and it is essential to be a good team player.  She is continually developing her skills and has done specialist courses working in chocolate and sugar.   M077
